Reservation Guide
Please read first
- Sorry, our drivers speak Japanese only.
- We would like to try to arrange a guide who speaks English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Portuguese, Chinese, Korea or Thai on your demand.
- In accordance with the Road Traffic Law, the passenger shouldn't get on the bus over passenger capacity.
- Please contact us via e-mail.
- Let us know details of you plan in advance.
- Changes of your plan will be accepted up to 2 days prior to your reservation.
- The passenger shall pay cancellation charges as listed in the table below.
Reservation Steps
| Step 1: Quotation

Fill the quotation request form or send us e-mail.
Free estimation.

| Step 2: Reservation
|
Please request reservation and tell us details of you plan.
Accepeted your reservation, we will inform how and where pick you up.
Please note that cancellation charges will be incurred.

| Step 3: Bus service & Payment
|
Our driver will allocate and run the bus.
Please pay to the driver by cash (JPY) in advance and receive a receipt.

| Requests for cancellations received on the day of your reservation before our driver runs the bus.

Requests for cancellations received on the day of your reservation after our driver runs the bus.
